1. About Xentis

Xentis is a trade name of NIKIPAY LIMITED, a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, and registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with FINTRAC.

The Website provides general information about our business and services. Access to any services is subject to separate onboarding, approval, and, where applicable, additional agreements.

2. No banking relationship and no deposits

Xentis is not a bank.

We do not:

  • Accept deposits
  • Offer savings or current accounts
  • Provide lending, credit, or interest-bearing products

Nothing on this Website constitutes banking, custody, or deposit-taking services.

3. Eligibility and permitted use

You may use this Website only if you:

  • Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • Use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You must not use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited purpose.

4. No offer or solicitation

Where services are offered, you may be required to complete onboarding, including:

  • Beneficial ownership disclosure
  • Screening and ongoing monitoring
  • Source of funds / source of wealth checks

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Promptly notify us of any changes

Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal, suspension, or termination of access.

6. Temporary holding of funds (no custody or deposits)

In the course of providing services, Xentis may receive and temporarily hold fiat or digital assets solely for the purpose of:

  • Executing a requested transaction
  • Conducting security and compliance checks
  • Facilitating settlement to a designated wallet or destination

Such holding:

  • Is incidental to transaction processing
  • Is limited in duration (including up to 48 hours)
  • Does not constitute deposit-taking, custody services, or stored value accounts
  • Does not earn interest

Client funds are not held as balances and are not intended to be repayable outside the execution of the relevant transaction.

7. No third-party involvement

Xentis does not permit third parties to be involved in any part of the onboarding, communication, or transaction process.

You agree that:

  • All interactions must be made directly by you or your authorised representative
  • No agents, brokers, introducers, or intermediaries are permitted
  • Any instruction or transaction not initiated through official Xentis channels will not be supported and may be rejected

Xentis is not responsible for any loss arising from third-party involvement.

8. Reverse solicitation and jurisdictional restrictions

Our services are intended for clients where we are permitted to operate under applicable law.

If you access this Website from outside Canada, including from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that:

  • You do so on your own initiative
  • Such access is deemed to be under reverse solicitation
  • Nothing on this Website constitutes marketing or promotion into those jurisdictions

For the United Kingdom in particular:

  • This Website is not directed at, and should not be relied upon by UK persons
